Sign in to Whop with the email used at checkout. Open your Petal purchase and find Your license.

If someone gave you a free code, enter that code in Petal. You do not need to buy it again.

Copy the complete code, check your internet connection, and try again. If Petal says the code is no longer active, contact us with your order reference.

You can use your valid code again when you reinstall Petal on the same Mac. New purchases cover one Mac at a time; existing purchases keep their original access.

On your old Mac, open Settings → License and choose Deactivate this Mac. Then enter your original code on the new Mac. Your accounts and history stay saved on the old Mac.

One-Mac licenses need an internet connection at least once every seven days. If you cannot access your old Mac or need help activating, email us with your order reference.

Check your connection and your provider’s account page, then refresh Petal. If Sign in again appears in Accounts, use it to reconnect.

History shows readings Petal has collected. It cannot recover earlier readings from before you started using the app.

Contact Petal about delivery, access, app problems, or a refund request. Include your order reference and a short description of the problem.

For an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, or payment-processing error, contact Whop support. Your legal refund and payment-dispute rights still apply.

In Petal, open Settings → About → Updates and choose Check now. Petal requires macOS 14 or later.
